OUR STORY
Hull Lowcountry was formed out of the inspiration of one man born in 1936. His draw to the lowcountry of South Carolina instilled in me the love of all things lowcountry and a passion to create a brand that could express all the wonderful things that make this area special and unique. My father was this man and his bond with the lowcountry was passed down to me and sculpted my childhood through the sights, sounds, smells and tastes that are so specific to this area. These senses embody my inherited passion for the lowcountry and the lifestyle it offers. My father loved sailing and his love for this sport opened up the endless beauties of the lowcountry waters and wildlife. This led to the discovery of fishing, shrimping, flounder gigging, crabbing, the marshes, the beaches and wetlands as well as the moss covered oaks. History abounds in this part of our wonderful country. A history that plays a big part in our forming. There is no other place quite like it. It is for these reasons I started Hull Lowcountry. To remember and honor my father who instilled his passion for this place forever in my blood and created a safe place to escape all the troubles of this world. That is why I Live, Love, Lowcountry!
